It was another 12-hour day, but it was incredibly productive so I’m not feeling depleted. Nonetheless I am having a little something here to take the edge off, as tomorrow will be about as long. So much to do, so little time...

Night shift until 3am. Tomorrow, I go to Marysville Ford for an appointment at 1 for an ECM swap, ABS reprogram, and then back to home to work on installing the replacement door panel.

After that, I’m going to watch Alita and Spider Verse at the Regal. Assuming they don’t fuck up captioning again.

Also, I'm on shitty company Wi-Fi. Fun!

Awesome, my wife agreed to let me bid on this Porsche just as it went over my initial amount. It’s going to sell high.  She did agree to me purchasing a similar one over this summer though! RS 60 here I come!!!!

First week back after vacation so I’m dragging a bit. I’ve spent this evening window shopping cars to boost my attitude  and got my wife to agree to a price range. The fact that it will be the better part of a year before I can buy anything is totally immaterial. Sigh.

Four ibuprofens later I’m starting to feel better. My back is killing me. Spent 6 hours epoxy coating my new shop. One room is 30x32 and the other is 17x32. Looks great but spending a day bent over and on the knees isn’t fun...

Long day here too - 0630 to 1730 with basically no breaks - but I got to blow up a lot of stuff so it was fun . Our team worked their butts off today to get ahead of schedule on our main project so that tomorrow we can finally catch up on other things that have been piling up.  I’m going to have a glass of wine or three and hit bed a little early so I can get to work by 0600 tomorrow and be out mid-afternoon.

Just finished a 15 and a half hour shift driving all over the state. I got to experience all the weathers: snow, freezing rain, regular rain, and sunny and near 60. Welcome to Colorado.

Also I saw someone in Glenwood Springs d riving a Fiat 500 with a Herbie the Love Bug livery. Because that totally makes sense.

Stressed about selling my house. Busy at work. Anxious about everything else.

...but going on vacation tomorrow. It’s bad enough that I’m actually looking forward to spending many hours on an airplane where there are no boxes to pack, nobody can email me, and the only decision I have to make is what to drink next.
